How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  2. More control

    Let me choose the default calendar. Allow for me to decide if I want an alert for my events. I don't need alerts every day! And allow me to delete email accounts that I no longer use.
    This calendar has a default to my maiden name account which I no longer use. Of it can't be switched then I will just stop using it

  3. Save data longer view

    Save data at least 3 months back. It is nice to be able to go back and review appointments and such!

  9. Being able to repeat a calendar event

    There should be a "customizable" repeat function. For example: instead of ONLY having the standard repeat once a week, once a day or once a month. Have all of those plus one that you can customize for the weird repeats such as the same day each week or month for months.

    Please make the color of events on the calandar actually match the sample colors in the settings. They come out quite muted.

  12. Allows multiple Google Tasks Accounts

    The app currently allows only one Google account sign in for tasks. It'll be really nice to allow at least two accounts.

  13. Can the icon for the app be changed? It is too boring and similar to the birthday calendar. Also the banner date looks like "to do" items

  15. Have different calendar themes to choose from

    Different calendar themes in different colors! Right now, it's always a gray background with a tee that changes with the seasons. How about a few other options? I don't like those colors and am stuck with them...

  17. Have the option of omitting to-do's from calendar view. I only want to see events.

    This will be even better when I can PRINT the calendar the way I see it on my phone screen!

  18. Repeat yearly first Friday after Labor Day

    A difficult one, I suppose. But Santa Fe, NM, celebrates its annual Fiesta on the Thursday, Friday, Saturday following Labor Day each year. Considering that Labor Day follows a first-day-of-week rule, Fiesta needs a first-day-of-week-after-first-day-of-week rule — complicated, eh? For the first Thursday might on its own occur before or after the first Monday.

  19. Slim down interface and make it more attractive

    For example:
    -Option to remove unnecessary buttons in top bar such as the one to add icons and arrows to change month
    -Option to remove week number in monthly view
    -Lighter color options for event background
    -Option to remove percent complete for tasks
    -Improve list view by changing colors and making size of dates smaller

  20. Photo calendar

    It would be helpful to pull photos from an ALBUM rather than from photo stream. We would like to see only one or two specific photos per day...not every single one taken or saved each day.
