How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Set Alert Tones for the END Time of Events

    Ability to set alert sound tones for the END time of each event with the same options as at the start time if events. That includes the ability to set an alert (either sound tone, preferably a customizable tone from my list of tones, for a vibrate pattern) at multiple times before the end of the event (e.g. 10 min, or 5 min, at the end time, or any other customizable time). When sitting in a mtg this would be helpful to remind everyone at the event of the approaching end time.

  2. Option to remove text on events in calendar view

    With text on all events labels, the calendar is over charged, it would be nice to have the option to get only the colored labels without any text, it's ugly when it overlapse the next day.. Only the labels to tell there's something on that particular day, if i want more details i'll tap it :P

  4. To do sub tasks

    It would be great if we could add sub tasks to a to do and as they are completed the percentage completed on the main todo increments
    I.e
    * plan holiday
    Book flight
    Get medical insurance
    Etc

  12. Decide the order of to-do items

    I would like to be able to change the order of the different to-do items in the day list so that I can prioritise certain tasks (by moving them to the top of the list). At the moment it is not possible to do this, unless they are all in the same to-do list.

  14. Let users select days in repeat options. Useful for students taking classes on certain days of the week.

    Student take classes on MWF, TTh, or Mon-thur. Current Repeat Options won't let students put their classes schedule in calendar. Alas!

  17. Exchange tasks

    It would be nice to have Exchange tasks directly on the calendar as in the "aNote Lite" application.

  18. Improve synching between the iPad and iPhone app

    To-do list items made on my iPad do not synch to my iPhone. Additionally, any events made on my iPhone do not synch to my iPad.

  20. Make emoticon "favorites" group selectable as default or create a favorites group.

    It is necessary to search for certain icons each time. It would be nice to have a favorites group or at least have the recents group selectable as default.
