How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Search function does not work

    Search function no longer works. Unable to find anything. Been using this app for over 1 year

  2. Automatically include all events either past or future in search function

    It is non sense that the search function only search events which are shown in that page. If I want to search similar event in the past, I have to pull the list down for many times until all past events are loaded. It's time consuming!! This function is useful to see when is the last time having body check or maintenance etc.

  4. Changing text font under Settings does nothing. Also, to change color of an entry takes several attempts before it will change.

  5. Every time I want to look at today's events the app opens in August, then I have to flick through every day to Nov This is very frustrating.

  6. iOS 8 Devices NOT showing "Busy"

    So, when are you going to fix the prob with calendar on iOS 8 NOT showing "Busy" on appointments? Everything is updated to latest PAID versions.

  7. In the date picker for tasks, include the day of the week for the selected date.

    I use the task function heavily. If I need to change the due date for a task to several weeks later, it is difficult to select the correct date without an indication of the day of the week. Currently I have to leave the editor and go back to the monthly calendar, flip forward to the appropriate month, check the desired date, flip back to the current month, select the current date, select the appropriate task which opens the editor, then change the due date. Having the day of the week in the date picker would save so many steps.

  8. Fix screensize for 4.7inch iphone6

    Please fix the iphone6 screensize issue.
    The font is extremely large now for ip6. Be quick plz i hv paid for it.

  10. Move items between days by dragging

    a great feature of apple calendar is the ability to drag appointments ...etc to different dates by just pressing for few seconds and dragging the item to a different date. I wish this is available !!! Please vote yes to this feature... It saves alot of time.

  11. Notifications not cleared after opening awesome calendar

    Hi, i got the paid app, it's great. Good work.

    When we have event notifications in the notifications center and then open awesome calendar, these notifications disappear from the notification center. That would be great to add an option so they don't.

  12. Add "private" feature for events

    Hi, i got the paid app, it's great. Good work.

    That would be great if you could add a "private" feature for events. Gmail, Exchange and all common calendars support that.

  14. More control on Horizontal swipe

    Currently, when we swipe through between months (page curling turned off), the month-view will shift quickly to next/previous month in one go... This gives users a feeling that they can't control the scrolling at all. In most calendar app, the scrolling follow user's finger smoothly which allow user to return to current month in the middle of scrolling. It is particular useful if we just want to take a glance on next few days of next month....

  15. Shortcuts to notes and ToDo List

    The shortcuts could provide an instant way to have an overview to all notes and ToDo lists... This feature is quite common in mOst of the other calendar app.

  17. Star an event by sliding to the right

    I think it would be convenient to be able to quickly star an event in the preview box by sliding to the right. Just like its possible to delete by sliding to the left.

  19. Share the calendar between peeople

    I'd like to share my events between me and my family. We all have awesome cal. I don't want to email and text them . I want to have it reappear in their calender as well

  20. Event

    When I enter an event for multiple days, it would be helpful to have the day of the week too. For example, if I start an event for a Saturday-Thursday, I would like to see Thursday November....
