How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  2. Move the cancel button for new events.

    It is now in the upper left hand corner of the screen where I expect a go back button. I have ended up canceling a brand new event more than once. Very annoying.

  3. Repeat yearly first Friday after Labor Day

    A difficult one, I suppose. But Santa Fe, NM, celebrates its annual Fiesta on the Thursday, Friday, Saturday following Labor Day each year. Considering that Labor Day follows a first-day-of-week rule, Fiesta needs a first-day-of-week-after-first-day-of-week rule — complicated, eh? For the first Thursday might on its own occur before or after the first Monday.

  4. Slim down interface and make it more attractive

    For example:
    -Option to remove unnecessary buttons in top bar such as the one to add icons and arrows to change month
    -Option to remove week number in monthly view
    -Lighter color options for event background
    -Option to remove percent complete for tasks
    -Improve list view by changing colors and making size of dates smaller

  5. It'd be nice if you could set the time for and event without going to another "page" -- the whole process could be streamlined.

    Check out an app called WeCal to see how the appointments work. It's easy and very streamlined. Love how you can select times in various increments.

  6. The user should be able to edit the format for emailing events.

    There should be an option to not include the end time for events. There should be an option to include the day of the week (or Monday ) along with the date. Etc...

  7. Add shift work option that allows a day to be completely colored differently to easily see if it is a work day or off day...

    If there was a shift work option that allows the day to be a different color when working or off that would make this app better. I love the app but have to enter in every work day and time. Would be better if the days were shaded a different color for easy reference.

  9. Awesome Calendar for BB10 pls!

    Guys I love your app, and I hope you could create a native app for the BlackBerry10 platform as well. I'm sure BB10 users will love this app!

  10. Shrink weekend column sizes in month view

    In month view, many people don't need to see as much detail for the weekends. If weekend columns could be a little smaller, we would be able to see more description on week days. It would be great if the user could choose the column width size for weekends.

  18. Alert option

    Day before at a specific time...so I can be reminded about everything I have tomorrow t a specific time.
    Friday before at specific time...so I can confirm all Monday appointments Friday afternoon.

  19. Attach documents or meeting slides etc to an event or task!

    We can have all our meetings relative info in the appointment or task. This would truly be awesome
