How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Your next update must include the ability to backup Notes to cloud servers.

    Making notes is easy on Awesome Calendar. But what happens if you update your device? All your notes will disappear! Backing-up to a cloud server will enable users to back-up notes. Further it will enable them t see the notes in other devices by logging-in on their cloude server.

  2. Work schedule appearance

    Working hours (work shifts) should have a different appearance, so as not to look lile every other event.

  7. Add/edit calendar

    Currently u can only change the colours of the calendar but it will be great if u can change:edit the name of the calendar and add a new calendar

  8. Ability to customise the default notification - 10 minutes is often too short notice when i have forgot something..

    I would like to have the to set the default notification. It is set to 10 minutes now, but often i wish it would be a bit more, cause i tend to forget to set the notification.

  9. Awesome cal in notification center

    It would be nice to have a permanent display in the notification center. Much like apples default weather display in the notification center, except for awesome cal. Just a date and a quick view of the days appointments would be great!

  10. Enable repeat tasks

    When entering a task include option for repeating task every eg.2nd & 4th Tuesday of every month.

  12. Horizontal view

    Please fix alignment of stickers in calendar date box. When I put sticker on horizontal view its within the box but when I switched to Horizontal view, its not aligned.

  13. I want my reminder to stay up until I dismiss it so it a constant reminder to do it when it pops up for a second then goes away its not a go

  15. Allow a different picture for each calendar

    You can pick a color for different calendars but you can't pick a picture for that calendar would be helpful if you could so when someone adds something to the calendar at a glacé you can see by the pic and color whose calendar your looking at

  16. On the week view the days should go across the top and then down, not down then across. So the top row should be Mon, Tues, Wed not Mon, Wed

  17. Show the day of Daylight savings time!

    I would like to see when time changes on the two days it happens in the year. This would make this calendar a little more awesome!

  20. To do's displayed next to daily view so I can see EVERYTHING I need to do that day (to do's and appt)

    Love the app! Would be so excited to see my To Do list displayed next to my Daily view. That way I can see everything I need to accomplish on that day.
