How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  2. All day event alert option

    I want an alert time of my choosing e.g. one that reminds me on the morning of an all day event. Current alert options only seem to be for before an event or on the day (which presumably would go off at 0001 on the day of the event)-not good. Week Calendar has this option.

  3. Fix meeting locations so it.....

    When I click a phone number that is the location of a meeting it should dial the number not try to display on a. Map

  4. Allow Floating To Do Items

    I love the app!! Please allow for "floating" to do items. This would allow the tasks to continue to appear on "Today's Date" until complete.

  10. Graphics of top bar icons and option to remove.

    Seriously, what is the dark blob on the first top left icon meant to be? Can this be improved or, preferably, an option to get rid of it entirely when we never want to add tiny childish pictures to our calendar? The 'Apple Mac Command' icon is also too big for its button shape and compared to the other top icons.

  11. Can you reduce the graphic highlight on the top bar? It spoils the UI design as well as making the white text harder to read.

    Can you reduce the graphic highlight on the top bar? It spoils the UI design as well as making the white text harder to read. It doesn't work well with large numbers of colours. Usability studies also show that in English our eyes primarily scan the top half of text to read characters, so adding heavy white glare in the background of white text destroys readability.

    On Monthly view, event bars should have rounded ends. Currently multiple bars next to rach other appear as one long bar. You should see the built-in calendar of the app AWESOME NOTE. It looks much nicer than Awesome Calendar.

  13. for day preview, just show the title instead of all the comments on each appt

    right now, this preview is very cluttered since I have appointment request emails with lots of attendees, disclaimer signatures, etc.

  15. Rotation

    The card style day view sideways with quick buttons was beautiful brand feature. Gone now. New stark day view in front calendar doesnt even follow to the rotated view, it clicks off. Look and feel in earlier version was distinct and stylish. Sad too much got removed.

  18. Want to have an option for 5 working days on monthly calendar

    Want to have an option for 5 working days on monthly calendar view. For business purpose, normally it is not preferable to see weekend schedule. Especially when the calendar is seen on small screen like iPhone, to widen the space for the days, view fir 5 working day option is necessary.

    Have appointments/tasks/reminders added via Siri or Apple's std Reminder app. Imported into this app automatically
