How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. STOP ALL ADDS ON MY CALENDARS

    All of sudden I have adds on my calendar. Space is so small, I don't need adds. Whatever is allowing this needs to be withdrawn from the program.

  2. Add another option to day, week and month view.

    Allow us to also see the entire year on one screen. Just the months and dates. I'm thinking of changing apps because I really need this feature.

  3. Icons and Emoji's

    Would love the ability to either design more Icons or emoji's or import pics, png ico files. This would make Awesome Calendar that much more Awesome. If not a bigger range of icons. I used Agendus on the palm which was fantastic. Which had a huge range of icons to suit your every occasion.. Thank you for allowing me us to express our requests

  4. Change the numbers of the weeks, you got them wrong((

    Week number according to the ISO-8601 standard, weeks starting on Monday. The first week of the year is the week that contains that year's first Thursday (='First 4-day week').

  5. Defaults to GMT without warning!

    Occasionally and without warning the calendar will default to GMT. I live in New York, I have screwed up some appointments because of this! When I do notice and change the time zone to EST, the time does adjust.

  7. Have the option to delete.

    We should be able to delete the automatic posts that post from Face Book. There are a lot of them I'm not interested in and they are taking up space on my calendar.

    For repeat feature, introduce these eg. 1) every 1st Sunday of a certain month (Mother's Day). 2) every 5th week of a certain month

  16. Return to previous view after entering event

    I 'live' in Agenda view, and it's irritating and inefficient when, after entering an event, Awesome does NOT return you to the previous view, but tends to default to Month view. If I enter an event when in Agenda view I expect to be taken straight back there. Is that unreasonable?

  17. Bug fix

    When I add text to a note in Awesome calendar. The body of the text can't be seen i.e the screen scrolls down to the bottom of the note and you can't see what you're typing. I was hoping you guys might fix it. Otherwise the app is super useful.

    Dear Madam/Sir,
    I am so sorry for your inconvenience!

    After releasing the app, we noticed that the app is repeatedly sending a strange message, ”Renew Subscription, to users but this glitch will not affect app performance or charge an extra fee at all so you can just ignore the message.

    According to our development team, it seems to be related with Calendar Store that offers various calendars such as sport calendar, national holidays and stuff through In-App purchase. However, the calendar store is provided another 3rd party app company not by us so we asked them to review the issue and we are waiting for their follow-up.

    Aside from that, we found a way to stop getting the message. There is an option named Background App Refresh at the following path and if you turn it off, it will not get the message anymore.

    iPhone/iPad settings>General>Background App Refresh>AwesomeCalendar.
