How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Show To Do lists on To Do tab

    On To Do tab, where "Not Completed" and "Completed" are displayed, it would be great to have my various To Do lists there also - with the same drop down setup would work. Thanks. Love the App!

  2. Allow editing and sharing the day view

    Example: I want to see and edit in the day view, and send tomorrow's busy schedule to my husband without having to "invite" him to each event

  4. To do sub tasks

    It would be great if we could add sub tasks to a to do and as they are completed the percentage completed on the main todo increments
    I.e
    * plan holiday
    Book flight
    Get medical insurance
    Etc

  7. Voice alerts that say the event description.

    It would be fantastic to give a voice alert that is a reading of the event description.

  8. Add link option to a web page detailing an event

    I would like to be able to add a hyperlink/url to event details available on the web - otherwise the calendar is not really anything new ie making most of Web 2.0 possibilities (and I have wasted $6.00...0

  10. Would like to easily access previous conversations with each contact

    I would like to be able to type in a contact and Awesome Calendar to give me a list of previous events or notes with this contact

  12. The "Today" button should not be buried under another button.

    I never use stickers. I suspect most adults don't. But everyone needs the today button. But you have it buried under another function. Madness. I've never seen any PIM or calendar do this. Google calendar has it clear and easy to access. Please move the Today function to a prominent and easily accessible location.

  14. Have different calendar themes to choose from

    Different calendar themes in different colors! Right now, it's always a gray background with a tee that changes with the seasons. How about a few other options? I don't like those colors and am stuck with them...

  15. Copy tasks

    I would like to copy tasks lists from one day to another. Sometimes you have to do the same things different days or when the tasks list is not finished in one date, I would like to move it to another date.

  17. Fix buttons on top banner when adding events

  19. Add support for TextExpander.

    This would help tremendously in adding redundant notes to appointments. Instead of having to cut and paste from another note app each time, I could just type in the assigned abbreviation and the entire note would enter. I have no idea how invoked this would be for you to add but I contacted support with Smile software and this is the link they provided.
