How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  1. Show old event

    I was searching for event occured 3 months ago and there were no events. I checked google calendar and that events was there. I need to have old events in calendar to be able to track past meetings. There could be an option to show old events or not.

  2. Chinese Lunar Calendar

  4. Remove declined Facebook events from calendar

    When I get invited to an event on Facebook, it automatically uploads to iCal. I think that if you have declined an invite to an event the event should disappear from your calendar.

  6. Can we have a search function and a range date print function

    The limit for Awesome calendar is the ability to search and the ability to print events from a date range, eg April 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011. Otherwise it is a great calendar.

  8. The ability to set different dates for sub-tasks (or sub-todos)

    Currently you can set a todo, like "write report" and set a due date, but it would be good to be able to set sub task dates like "complete research for report" and "send draft to boss" etc so you can plan your time to complete the work

  9. Tags or Categories to group events, tasks and notes

    Having Tags or Categories to group events, tasks and notes which are related. For example, the project of building a house would certainly benefit such an organization of related events, tasks and notes.

  10. Awesome cal in notification center

    It would be nice to have a permanent display in the notification center. Much like apples default weather display in the notification center, except for awesome cal. Just a date and a quick view of the days appointments would be great!

  11. Tap on random dates to make work schedule work... Work week not the same every week

    My schedule is different ever week with this in mind my idea is I would like to open the calendar and tap only on the dates I work and create a group of dates instead of trying to repeat the event every week because this has not being working for me if you have any Ideas please let me know.   13. 'Repeat' option - Shift Schedule

    I work for 4 ON and 4 OFF, it would be great and easier if there's an option to do the repeat for 4 days or so - Thanks & very much appreciated

  15. Option to Choose Key Photos for Photo Calendar & Control Which Ones are Displayed from the Day

    Rather than slide showing in photo calendar view, I’d prefer the option to just select a key static photo for the day that I could click on to browse the rest! And I agree with another poster that we should be able to choose which photos are included, pick/make an album, or at least just be able to delete the ones we don’t want cluttering the day.

  16. Weather on calendar

    If i press the weather, small weather signs appears for few days ahead. It eventually disappears when app is refreshed. I think it will be better to have an option that can show small weather signs for few days so i can simply see the weather while checking my schedule. Thanks!
