From a potential client calling, have were I can Creat appointment and there phone number auto loads in the appointment SHORT
Same when customer text messages me when they would like to meet
I can select from the text message to send to calinder the app would read text as to date, time, location were app can auto complete the appointment, or at least have were I could send text to a folder that would remind me that I have to go in and Creat the appointment and the whole text would be under note

Instead of just having the appointment go into the past have a way I can change appointment use all the customers information that I have in the appointment to Creat a new file folder by creating the name of this empty folder that has all the Custoners information on the file folder that can be saved to Dropbox, one drive, and inside the file folder all there notes of the appointment are there to start loading pictures of that appointment into this file folder
