Different color buttons than the top bar color.
I think it would be nice to have the buttons along the top bar to be a different color...especially the month color. This would make it cleaner looking than the existing color scheme (jmho).

The contrast on the month name is very low. I can't read it with the colors set to normal or inverted. For folks with vision problems this is difficult.
