Allow the badge to show events remaining today

Allow the option for the badge number to show the number of events remaining in a given day not just total.

    Says this option was 'completed' back in 2016 but I've used this app much longer than that and have never seen this option. It would be amazing to be able to have the badge only count remaining events for the day! Please help.

    How do you invoke this option? I can't find it in Awesome Calendar's Settings.

    I agree. It is very annoying as it is. I will have to go back to Calendars 5 because it has not been fixed after 2 years.

    I agree. Once an event has passed it is annoying that the badge still includes it in the total.
