Let’s say you have a meeting with Bob Smith, if Bob Smith is in your address book and has an address it will ask if you would like the meeting to be at one of his addresses for the location. Also if you type a name into location field or a business into location field that you have in your contacts it will suggest that address. Also, if you enter an address into the location field and that address is in your address book it will populate the name into the location field as opposed to just the address. Thank you.
