How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

I'd like the calendar to work like my old Palm Pilot (yes, from 20 years ago!).

How can I set an appointment for the 2nd Wednesday of each month, without copying and pasting over and over again. Why has Apple never made this a priority?

    I would also like to access info saved on I phone that was downloaded from my palm 750 to I tunes? How can I do that?
