event templates (default event properties including calendars) are needed.
When i add a new event, i need to change the calendar to the most frequent one all the time. Or, i have many 3-hour meetings all the time. Please help me to get through this.

Yes, template is useless if all data associated with event isn't copied. Need calendar, color, time to be part of template.
