How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

Make the user interface more uniform. Adding an event is now done in 3 different ways, depending on the view you're in.

    In the month and week view you have to tap-and-hold.
    In the half-week view you have to tap the '+'
    In the day view there are 3 separate buttons.
