time format in month view
in the month view starting time ist displayed (if acitvated) in the format e.g. "12:30" but if you have an event starting at a "full hour" it's only "12"
It would be great if the time format would always be like "hh:mm"

It also happens with 18:05 for example, it displays 18:5
It would be nice a HH:mm format
