My iPad has all my information, but not my iPhone. And when I try to sync them by turning on and off the icloud my iPad data will convert to my iPhone which has nothing. I then have to restore my iPad to get back my data. How do I make my iPad data go to my iPhone?

Is there a way of getting back my contacts and all my dates

As I notice other people have the same problem it took away all our dates in our calendars is this going to happen again I need to know because I can’t remember everything

I had deleted the app and reinstalled it too unknowingly and my notes did not return. However on my iPad I left it alone and it restored everything there. The problem is the sync to notes won’t sync between my iPad and my iPhone. It just syncs endlessness with no results. Does anyone have a solution? On my iPhone too every time I want to enter a note the app shuts down when I click save so it’s a pain to add notes to my iPhone but iPad I have no problem.

with new version of app (for apple) everything is ok... all data (todos past and new) was restored.

Did everyone get their data back? I was just told (by yunasoft) to update to new version, but still nothing.
I'm just waiting for something to happen and get my todos back, any ideas or solutions that work?

I have lost all my notes twice now!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Twice I have emailed you and there is no response. I would like my money back!

@anonimo: in my case each to do (completed and future task) has been correctly restored... and I, like you, removed the app, reinstalled it and tried an iphone backup. Nothing worked. the upgrade was totally risolutive

Updated the app but still no todos appear. I had removed the app and reinstalled it before I see the message.

Same thing happened to me but as Sheila suggested updating the app fixed it! My notes are back, phew!

Called apple support and even though this is a third party app, they had the solution. Go to the App Store. Click on Awesome Calendar. There is an “update” Click on it and it should all come back

they don't spend time to answer :-( but they were working for us, because with new upgrade everything works correctly

This also happened to me. I have used this calendar to keep track of my cleaning business and staff jobs for years now.
I had entries in there as far away as next December.
Losing all this has caused a huge amount of stress.
Please fix this.

All of my notes for the past several years appear to have gone with the upgrade to version 5.17 and this included all of my medical records about my current condition. I am devastated. So far no help from developers.

All notes and stickers are GONE. You deleted everything with your last update. So unprofessional. That was my life. Never had that happen before. I’m furious. And that awesome cal 2 looks like a 10 year old coded it. It’s hideous. Why would you downgrade your app like that? You guys have lost your minds.

Hi from Italy. me too... All my todo lists were taken away with the last update. It's horrible... i don't have past to to list, so every my past appointment ecc. and also future to do list... NOthing happen to cancel and reinstall (unfortunately i read later it was unuseful. Trying to restore from iphone backup...
