To be able to automatically SMS a reminder to my appointments

Send a SMS reminder to clients with appointments 1) using contact list, 2) automatically based upon pre-selected alert time.

    Automatic notification of an appointment to my clients which they can respond to e.g. "You have an appointment on ../../.. for ------ please press 1 to affirm or 2 to re-schedule.
