Add drag and drop events in monthly view, or I will be moving to another calendar that does such as Calendars or Calenmob, that do this. Would prefer to stay with Awesome.

More importantly for me and others would be to have this option in Day view.

I literally go back to my iOS calendar to drag and drop my events. Jumping between two calendars to move an event should not be faster but it is!

Absolutely! I love that feature in Google calendar but I like this calendar better. I dont want to go back! Please implement :)

Drag and drop in the Day Timetable seems the most useful for me because I have a bunch of template events that I need add to a day but yet be able to drag it up or down to the desired time slot. Because none of my templates will be at the exact same times each time I use them. Plus when scheduling and trying to fit things in its frustrating if u have to change the timing of one item then to make your schedule work u have to go in and manually change the items of all the events affected by it. But being able to just drag and drop events to different times would be very helpful.Right now it's not saving a ton of time for those of us with really busy schedules and the need to easily shift things around.

I also suggest drag & drop function in month, week view. Now I move it via default iOS calendar. ; )

Please leave a comment whether you are willing to develop this function. If you are not, I'd like to know a detailed reason such as lack of developer. As far as I checked, you haven't even mentioned anything on a lot of Drag&Drop requests ever so that I wrote this comment in advance.

This will be time saving and convenient to edit events

When I want to move an event from, say, Monday to Thursday, other calendars simply let me drag the item to the new day. But, no, Awesome Calendar makes me enter the event, press the edit button, and then enter the new date. Sooooo slow and annoying. (If there's a simpler way to correct the date, I couldn't find it in the knowledge base.)
