The new update is not helpful at all.
1. It miraculously goes empty or missing for now reason and readding the widget does not help
2. It does not allow me to use the widget to look for other months and will need to click into the app to see it. I’m a planner, it’s important that a calendar is helpful and useful when I’m working. It use to be amazing but not anymore
3. It used up so much space for no good reason. The old widget function had it all, you were allowed to choose calendar size and customize what suits your convenience.

The improvement you need is to bring back to old version!! Please, I love this calendar and it would make me real sad if I have to change to look hard for another calendar app that had the functions your app once had....
