How can we improve EverCal?

calender not load

after update 11/11/20 all of my old events doesn’t show. It show just only sticker, aniversary, notification from the old one. how can I get my event back?

    I cannot log on to my calendar st all and I get a message that it doesn’t recognize my email address sine the maintenance that you did on 11/11

    Pls help. After update on 11.11.2020, my info in EverCal disappears. I need to re-enter.
