How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. After the iPhone update, I can’t insert emoticons or any fo the images on the app. The screen freezes when I try to pick one.

  2. Assign names to category colors.

    I would like to be able to assign names to colors showing in the color menu, eg work is red, personal is blue, birthdays are pink, etc. Then when I press the color icon the names are presented in color.

    My events in the past were disappeared... When I try to add them, it appears, and then it disappears immediately...

  6. At the top of the Agenda view it’s tough to get to TODAY without a few key presses. How about making the month/year a hit link to TODAY?

  8. It would help a lot if I could save some events and just paste it whenever I needed, not just entering the same events again and again...

    I use this calendar to introduce my working shifts, whose schedules are changing but it is still the same hours, but every time I need to introduce the shifts, I need to introduce the same Word and the same hours, which is repetitive. If there was a folder to save some repetitive events I wouldn’t need to write it again and again...

  10. Cheaper

    5 bucks is way over priced. Mainly because more than half the stuff on the free version doesn't apply to me. Lets meet I the middle. Ill pay 2.99 for no adds and unlimited events.

  11. Ability to disable suggested events/locations .

    I keep being told I’m going to an art class because I work at Discovery in Chiswick. I’m not. I know where I’m going, I don’t need the app to guess

  12. Day background color = additional info

    We could have an additional information by allowing each day to have its proper background color that would have a meaning (e.g red=working day, green=holiday, yellow=sickness,....). If this was configurable as well, your app would be the best!

  16. Add own calendar. Double alarm birthdays

    Double alarm birthdays. For example a week before and on day. Can do this when adding event but not importing birthday through contacts. I want to be able to add my own calendars.

  17. We need the option to change the alert tone

    I would like to see the option for changing the alert tone. The tone that is used is way too short. I would like to see something longer. Maybe something that repeats until you acknowledge it.

    In the gmail calendar you have the ability to invite contacts to events and thereby add your event to their google calendar. Please add this!

  19. The ability to add pictures as stickers or ability to create our own sticker (cut/paste from another app)

    To add a picture as a sticker. To create a sticker by cut/paste. Stickers are to large! Please give option for sticker to be the background of that day or have the ability to resize (S,M,L)
