How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  3. Color coded categories can be done

    You can create color coded categories by using the TEMPLATE feature for events.

    Create an event and type the title for the event.
    Click the paint can.
    Choose any color you want for the event. Want a different color than what shows? Then click the plus at the top right and pick out of hundreds of colors.

    Want to keep this color for future similar events?

    Click on the completed event from the calendar. Click the ... at bottom right. Click add template.

    This event and color will be available the next time you create an event.

    I would like to file a complaint against EDM Hawaii for flooding my calendar. You can improve AwesomeCalendar by discontinuing public events from showing up my calendar, or at least having the option to delete or unsubscribe. I paid for this app. I shouldn't have to see unwanted advertising.

  5. Really like the feature enabling coloring a whole day or days by starring an item. Any thoughts on creating a Mac version of your calendar?

    Please create a Mac version of this calendar. Include the feature of being able to color whole days by starring an item. I use this all the time. It appears to be unique to awesome caalendar.

  6. Deleting this app because it deletes my past entries

    I am deleting this app, not just because it has deleted all my past entries and now i am screwed for doing my tax, but because there are so many people complaining about this and the developers have not answered my, or their, concerns. Which tells me the developers are only interested in revenue, not service.
    It's a shame because I love this calendar in every other way.
    I'm sure this is a simple fix, so, guys, if you ever get around to reading these comments, send me an email and I might come back.

  7. Preset List

    I would like a list I can create once or add to that I can click on when adding an event to a day. For example I work 10-6, 11-4 and 4-12. I want to preset these event times in a list. Then on any date have this list drop down and tap on a preset hours. I don't want to set the times for ever shift I work.

    When I look back at old calendars, not all of my events show up. Is there a way to view ALL old events?

  13. Please have the search function find past events. Thank you

    The app can find past events only scrolling using the Month view.

    It will really help if the Search function can find ALL events containing a specific word/s.

    My iPhone settings are already set to sync All events, and the iPhone calendar ca do that.

    Pls fix default alarm....it's very annoying....everything enter a new schedule ....it will have some alarms set up.....which I don't want.......plus ...the time zone setting also is unstable....change time zone by itself...? Pls improve all bugs necessary... TKS
