How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Decide the order of to-do items

    I would like to be able to change the order of the different to-do items in the day list so that I can prioritise certain tasks (by moving them to the top of the list). At the moment it is not possible to do this, unless they are all in the same to-do list.

  2. Allow a task to be turned into an event w/o having to retype it.

    I really need an app where I an turn a task I to and event. I don't want to have to re-type them to enter and schedule then in my calendar. The only way tasks actually get do e is if they are scheduled into my day.

  3. Calendar date selection

    When adding a new task, I would like to see a calendar instead of scrolling through the dates. It would be much faster.

  4. 이벤트 입력시 시간 조절에 대해

    이벤트 기록시에 현재 시간을 고려하여 시간을 정하게 해 주세요. 어느 때 하던간에 시간은 항상 오전 8시에서 9시네요. 시간이 고정된 것이 현재 시간부터 설정하도록 해 주세요

  6. Error on alert with extra text

    On alert pop up always tails an annoying extra text, in my case in the spanish version is the text "restante"

    And is difficult to read the alert

  7. Alert option

    Day before at a specific time...so I can be reminded about everything I have tomorrow t a specific time.
    Friday before at specific time...so I can confirm all Monday appointments Friday afternoon.

  8. Slim down interface and make it more attractive

    For example:
    -Option to remove unnecessary buttons in top bar such as the one to add icons and arrows to change month
    -Option to remove week number in monthly view
    -Lighter color options for event background
    -Option to remove percent complete for tasks
    -Improve list view by changing colors and making size of dates smaller

  10. More control

    Let me choose the default calendar. Allow for me to decide if I want an alert for my events. I don't need alerts every day! And allow me to delete email accounts that I no longer use.
    This calendar has a default to my maiden name account which I no longer use. Of it can't be switched then I will just stop using it

    There needs to be an option for no alert so that if I'm in class my phone doesn't spaz out during a test telling me that I have a test that day!

  13. Add ability to access web from calendar ( make payment by tapping on event )

    Tap on event or to do and it takes you to the login page right from the calendar

  14. Setting for Preview or Full Detail

    Allow a setting option to show a "preview" or "full detail" in the box that appears when you click a day in the month view (or for all views). I add extra details outside if the title box and it would be a much smoother flow to be able to see all the details together rather than having to open each individual event, note, or to-do. Understanding that some people may prefer the cleaner, preview format, it would be great for this to be an adjustable setting.

  16. I would like to see past years events in a monthly view.

    That way it's easier to see which days of the week the event fell on for business reasons.

  17. Copy notes to multiple dates

    It would be nice to be able to easily copy notes into multiple dates. I am a teacher and am using awesome calendar as my lesson plan book. I see multiple classes on multiple days. I would like to copy a note as a whole and paste it in another day.

  18. More relative dates such as "last day of the week before _ day of the month"

    I work at my 2nd job Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week, and they run their twice monthly payroll on the 10th and the 25th. I am required to look ahead on a Thursday to see if the 10th or the 25th fall over the period I'm not at work to see if I need to fill out my payroll report and submit it to the payroll department. If you had a, "last/before" relative date it would be very useful. The logic would go something like this: the last Thursday before the 10th and the 25th, then I would enter…
