Templates so I can quickly add recurring events
I'd like a templates option when adding an event as I often add the same event again and again

This feature is available with latest update.
To create a template, Touch a “More” button in event view, and touch a “Add to Template” button.
To use a template, make new event and touch title cell. Then you can see a “Template” button above keyboard.

YES as this is a critical function for people all over the world - Save events as a template that can be separately colour coded for re use as needed eg Day Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift with different start and finish hours and different colours and maybe symbols.

Just make a shortcut for your phrase in settings on the iPhone/iPad. Problem solved!

You should add a firefighter/police schedule like 5,2,4,2 , five 5 on two off, 4 on 2 off rotating schedule please please please, that would really make is calendar awesome

Something for birthday's so you could just add someone's name and it would automatically make it a certain color(or even better lots of colors!)

For me templates are a necessity. I will keep an eye on this app to see if templates are added in the future. I use a dozen or so templates currently. Having to input that info repeatedly would be a lesson in frustration.

I would like to have the option of reoccurring rotating schedules. I work 5 days, off 2 days, work 4 days, off 2 days and so on. It was be nice to have the option of a template for this type of schedule. I have checked out other rotating schedule aps but they do not have all the features as awesome calendar that I love

Templates would be awesome, my work sched changes weekly and that would make it so much easier to add to the calendar

I loved templates on my previous calendar app. Can't believe this app does not have that option. I could add a name to custom colors and when I typed in "work" it would automatically show up on calendar in custom color. I work variable days soI can't use repeat event option for my work schedule.
