No dark/light selection separate from the devices default for
There is no option to separately select a dark/light mode separate from the phones mode. The app and widgets are forced to default to whatever the phone is on and there should be a separate option. Users should be able to keep their phone in dark mode and the app in light mode, or vice versa.

Bring back customisation options
AwesomeCal had a lot more customisation options in General, show&display and calendar. A lot of them are absent in Awesome Calendar 2. Will probably unsubscribe if not improved.

Retrieve colours assigned to events in a single google calendar rather than just the default color of the calendar.
I put things into Google calendar, and for different types of events I assign a different colour. It’s much easier and faster than putting event types into different calendars, each with its own colour. Problem is, your app only retrieves the colour of the calendar, not the event, so all differentiation between color coded events is lost

More theme colours. Preferably light, pastel
The colours I find are really saturated and bright. I’d prefer there to be more pastel colours or even white to choose from

Would love to have a view that shows conflicts - anywhere I’m d be double booked, in a sort of list.
I sort of a chance of you that looks into the future showing dates and times where I am overbooked with more than one item at that time. For instance on August 18 from 10 to 2 I have a staff meeting, but I also have a phone call scheduled with someone else. And it would only show those dates and times that were overbooked. This would be a quick way to look into the future and fix your schedule without having to do it at the last minute or the week before.

Allow delete certain holiday in calendar 2
I hate how the awesome calendar 2 app does not let you just slide and delete certain holidays.or events. It’s a pain to go to edit. But edit wont let you delete a holiday either. There are holidays I don’t want on there but still want us holidays. I have to go back into awesome calendar one to delete it.

Different fonts, such as. Monotype Corsiva, Bookman old style=Italic bold. They are my favorite fonts. Easy to read, great for numbers too.

Could use a litt more customizing in the calendar numbers. Oh would love holiday themes which you can keep all year if you want. Animal themes, Cats, Kittens, Dogos, puppies, unicorns, dragons, bats, etc2 votes
