    There is a way. Create a calendar under your daughter name and choose the color you want for that calendar ( in this case you wanted red) insert all your daughter event choosing her calendar. All events will then appear in red for your daughter

    Just use famille share option in iTunes and you will havé à family calendar created which is synch between all family members
