How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. Can I pls have the old version back? Making a new event and not having easy access to set the time is beyond frustrating

  4. I don't like how the little clocks are showing up for events. It makes the calendar look messy

  5. It's a pain to now have to hit "show more details" when adding events. This forces an extra step and is inconvenient.

  6. Give a custom repeat option for events

    When i enter an event i want to be able to repeat the same event on chosen dates to avoid having to type it all up again.

  9. Bring back old way to enter event times!

    The new way of entering the time of an event is too confusing and takes longer to use. Please bring back the old way!

  10. Please change date and time entry

    Can you please change the updated version ... Entering date and time for an event is now super complex and it's very frustrating...

    Also when I click on a date I want the event I enter to select that date ... Not the beginning of that week

    Other than this its a great app

  12. Can you please make more distinct colors available for events?

    Colors available now are quite similar. I would like to see more shades if possible. Some pastels and fluorescent like lime green would be nice.

  14. Don't delete tasks when completed.

    Show them as checked/striked out instead of making the task disappear. I would like to keep them as reference that I have done them.

  15. Be able to add a birthday manually

    Would like to add birthdays and have them show up as such without adding them as a contact. Useful for young kids who would not be in contacts.

  19. Search beyond 6 months

    It would be nice to be able to search beyond 6 months. I want to be able to see all the dates I have planned instead of just some of them when I search.
