How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Stop the commercials with sound. As I check my calendar in bed in the morning, the commercial wakes my wife up. I’m considering a new app.

  3. Make the locations field smarter please!!

    Let’s say you have a meeting with Bob Smith, if Bob Smith is in your address book and has an address it will ask if you would like the meeting to be at one of his addresses for the location. Also if you type a name into location field or a business into location field that you have in your contacts it will suggest that address. Also, if you enter an address into the location field and that address is in your address book it will populate the name into the location field as opposed to just the address. Thank…

  4. Sharing calendar

    The app should allow us to give someone access to our calendar (sharing) but also choosing the option to give them full access in making changes or not having the ability to do so.

    Theme switches to night mode (dark/black background) when the sun sets, then switched back at sunrise. Or it does this based on ambient light levels.

    I accidentally deleted a past even and there is no way to recover it. There is no recycle bin or undo button.

  16. Smaller font options for month view

    In the original awesome cal you can choose significantly smaller font sizes for the month calendar view so you can actually read whole words. The smallest font in this version is still too big. This is a super important need for me to switch over.

  17. Stop commercial interruptions or at minimum fix the 5 day unlock premium features to include no commercials.

    Add no commercials to your 5 day premium upgrade. This is an awesome calendar but not when a nuisance of commercials interrupt its use. I did try to upgrade to the $9.99 but this was a completely different calendar and the data from my current one would not transfer over as well the features were not as functional. Please adjust or delete the commercials. It appears this is a huge dislike of your customers. I am actively searching for another calendar do to the annoyance of useless commercials.

  18. Remainders

    It will be helpful if we could set remainders for an specific hour. That way the events could be displayed at say 7am. It would save time and give an snapshot about the day.
