How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Templates

    I work 7-7:30, 1-3 days a week and each week can vary. A template would be helpful and click on the days I want to apply it to for the month or 2 to quickly add in my work schedule. I don’t always work the same days so a recurring schedule doesn’t work here. Thanks!

  2. Remainders

    It will be helpful if we could set remainders for an specific hour. That way the events could be displayed at say 7am. It would save time and give an snapshot about the day.

  6. I would love to be able to read the complete holiday title

    I would love to be able to read the complete holiday title. Or as I open the day i could be able to identify which holiday is. As right now you can read it if is to long, and when you go to the especific day it wont show which holiday is. IM USING ENGLISH CALENDAR. An example of this is When it say New Ye insteasd of New Year etc. Im using size 8 font i think is chalkboard or something like that.

  10. View each calendar events - separately by colored locations pins in maps either by the day & or week

    View each colored calendar events - separately - by colored locations pins in maps either by the entire days events & or entire weeks at a glance....this would allow for office managers to quickly & visually create, rearrange & easly squeeze in additional service stops for multiple field tec routs weather in a large or small geographic locations. While also quickly seeing appt times in calender and then by clicking on map locations & displaying the entire days planed route. Check out 4DCalender in the app store for example

  11. Show weather by touching screen not by setting input.

    I hope see weather situation in a pop up window by touching screen. Setting weather in menu is inconvenient and not so beautiful.

  13. Better Icon Selection

    I like the icon representing significant events but I don't like the weird/ugly characters. Women don't want hideous creatures on their calendar. For instance, I would like a cute icon on the day of my wedding (such as a wedding cake or church for example), not an icon of two creatures dressed up in wedding attire who look like belong to a Tim Burton movie - random, depressing, and not practical.

  18. Scrolling to see the events/ note/ todo in the month view

    If there are too many events, note or todo on the same day in the month view, you need to go to the week view to see all of them!
    Hope can see all the events or notes on the month view by scrolling!

    The ability to turn our iPod or phone sideways to view the calendar and to do list would be awesome.
