How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Text color & weekly to do list

    I think if there was an option to use different colors and/size for the font it would be very usful for color coding the calandar based on users' taste. Also weekly todo list will help organization since sometimes the item is not due on aspecific day

    In my own opinion, I would like my diary a little more if when there's more than one entry in one day, whichever was written first shot be at the top, not the bottom.

  3. Be able to view iPhone's Status Bar

    I like to be able to see iPhone's 'status bar' in portrait mode so I can be informed about its time and information.

  5. Facebook birthday sync without the URL option

    Bring us a Facebook birthday sync without needing google calendar or a Mac. It should be integrated into the app automatically like Facebook events

  6. Graphics of top bar icons and option to remove.

    Seriously, what is the dark blob on the first top left icon meant to be? Can this be improved or, preferably, an option to get rid of it entirely when we never want to add tiny childish pictures to our calendar? The 'Apple Mac Command' icon is also too big for its button shape and compared to the other top icons.

  7. Keep tree graphic

    When weather is working, you lose the tree graphic. Can't we have the option to see tree, weather, and optionally the sayings panel

  8. ToDo list

    Love the update BTW!! Think I saw a similar request but would love to see my todo list on the monthly/weekly or daily view. The option to start the page with this preference would be perfect then I can see my day and what needs to hopefully get done.

  10. Repeat tasks

    Be able to create a custom list of tasks
    Ie hockey, work, school etc. be able to choose the colour associated with it. Then you select it from the list and enter it into calendar. It eliminates the need to type it and select the colour every time

  12. Get rid of iCal's alerts at once.

    I would like to be able to turn off iCalendar's alerts and only get them from this app.

  13. Add feature onto repeating where calendar comes up and you can quickly tap on all the "random" dates you want an event to repeat on.

    ie. I work as a casual nurse, so
    My shifts don't ever repeat in a particular order. Currently I have to add each shift individually whereas a repeat option with a Calendar would allow me to set my shifts all at once by highlighting the dates on the "event creation repeating" page

  14. Keep the current date circled even when the small weather icons are on

    When you select the weather banner to show the extended forecast on the calendar in the form of the tiny icons the circle for the current day disappears. It only keeps the small circle if you decide to put the extended forecast in the banner.

  19. Highlight text with colours in weekly view

    To be able to highlight an event or note with a 'highlighter marker' (text can be black/colour and background of text will be bright colour) in different colours. So a special event or important note will really stand out in weekly view.
